Garage Gainz Programs
The Garage Gainz Programs are simple, no-frills programs for those that just need a plan that points them in the right direction and cuts them loose.
These are 4 Week, 3 Days per week programs that sticks to compound movements like Squat, Bench and lots of bodybuilding, hypertrophy style lifts. No percentages here, just a detailed program with exercises, sets and reps.

Super Hero Programs
Each of these programs are inspired with the Super Hero in mind for which they are named. Basically, what kind of workout plan would I envision Wolverine doing? Explosive movements and strength exercises. The Juggernaut? SIZE and STRENGTH.
Each is a 4 Week, 4 Days Per Week Program Using some Olympic Lifts and Periodization (Individualized Percentages)
