Garage Gainz - Beach Bound & Down

Beach Bound & Down is a 4 Week, 3 Days per week program that has an emphasis on building size and strength. It’s a hypertrophy focused program using lots of compound lifts like Squats, Bench Press and Pullups and a good amount of volume.

*Having all the Recommended Equipment is ideal, but most exercises can be substituted if you are missing a piece of equipment.
